Full list of new Aldi stores opening across the UK before Christmas
The expansion follows a record £19 billion turnover and a £340 million price-cut investment as Aldi keeps its low-price strategy.
Budget supermarket Aldi will launch 24 new branches across England, Scotland, and Wales before Christmas, alongside three site relocations, expanding its current network of 1,092 UK stores.
The expansion follows an annual trading update showing company turnover increased five percent to a record £19bn for the 12 months to December 31, 2025.
Aldi remains the UK's cheapest supermarket for seven months in a row, according to Which?, with an estimated 10.6 percent share of the grocery market.
"We are committed to cutting prices wherever possible while investing in long-term agreements with British suppliers to deliver everyday low prices," Chief Executive Officer Giles Hurley said.
The retailer invested £340m in price cuts on more than 1,000 products this year, as the Food and Drink Federation signaled grocery inflation may exceed 6 percent by mid-2027.
