Firefighters were fighting a new fire on Wednesday west of Madrid, a few weeks after fires, the most important in the region's history, which led to the evacuation of tens of thousands of people in July.
Authorities ordered the approximately 3,500 residents of Aldea del Fresno to stay indoors and evacuated several homes on the outskirts of the area.
The fire, declared in the M-510, has forced to activate Operation Situation 2 of the INFOMA Plan.
