Murder suspect's case headed to grand jury

NEW PHILADELPHIA – A New Philadelphia murder suspect’s case has been bound over to the Tuscarawas County Grand Jury. PAUL KINLAW (TCSO) Paul W. Kinlaw, 26, of Fayetteville, N.C., is accused of shooting and killing 42-year-old Christopher Damron in the latter’s New Philadelphia home on Sept. 20.
