As detailed by the authorities, the detainees are made up of two persons of Venezuelan nationality and two Colombians.
The operation left four foreign citizens in detention and allowed drug trafficking valued at over $18 billion, which was transferred from the northern part of the country to the capital.
Authorities did not give names, so as not to risk the investigation that follows the narcos who intended to market more than a ton of illicit substances.
