A demonstration in the center of Vriezenveen, Overijssel, against the arrival of asylum seekers proceeded peacefully and without incident on Tuesday evening. About a hundred people gathered on Manitobaplein in front of the town hall, an ANP reporter observed. Most people had left by around 9:00 PM.
