Commissioners Continue CEA with Other Deepwater Ports

At their October 8 meeting, commissioners with the Plaquemines Port Harbor & Terminal District (PPHTD) amended their Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) with the 4 other deepwater ports in Louisiana—St. Bernard Port, Port of New Orleans, Port of South Louisiana, and Port of Baton Rouge—to implement a marketing plan for the region that came about as a result of their previous “collaborative marketing study.”
