Alexander City police have arrested a Valley man for multiple burglaries and theft. Sgt. Drew Machen tells Action 8 News that officers responded to a business Friday in the 300 block of U.S. Highway 280 on a possible break-in. Three Alexander City residents face charges after a drug bust. Two are charged with cocaine trafficking. The Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force says that on Tuesday, November 11, Alexander City police conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 280.
