The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova accused Armenia of “provocations” in connection with the statements of the secretary of the Security Council of the republic Alena Simonyan about readiness to accept Russians who wish to avoid being sent to the front, the Telegram channel “The Moscow Times” reported on August 29.
