Professor Dr. Yotsanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), held discussions with King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) and the Defence Industry Association of Thailand (DIA) and Rom Sai Rescue Foundation on September 28th to deploy "drone rescue volunteers" to transport food and essential supplies to flood victims in inaccessible areas.
