- Filing details at least £207,384 in revenue losses and £75,000 in investigation costs, citing evidence where accounts published matching content within 11 seconds and replied to posts within 31 seconds.
- Following discovery of the alleged manipulation, X suspended Sen and Sherpa's accounts on August 18, coinciding with the company's transition from Creator Revenue Sharing to its Original Content Rewards Program.
- The case remains active in the High Court, where X claims breach of contract and unlawful-means conspiracy; as of September 21, the allegations have not been adjudicated and no formal defense has been filed.
