As of Monday, the Swiss Stock Exchange will have a new wind: the composition of the Swiss Market Index (SMI) will change.
Since Monday morning, Galderma and Sandoz have joined the SMI, replacing Swisscom and Kuehne+Nagel. Now, more than 40% of the value of the index, which has twenty companies, is carried by the six values of the pharmaceutical compartment.
