MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A woman was found guilty of using hot water to burn a 6-year-old as punishment, the Shelby County District Attorney's Office said. Jasmine Irby was found guilty by a jury last Friday on charges of Aggravated Child Abuse and Aggravated Child Neglect. The 6-year-old suffered second-degree burns to his head and hand. [...]
