Woman, 83, found dead in garden

BOLTON, Miss. (WLBT) – An 83-year-old woman was found dead in her garden. According to Hinds County Coroner Jeramiah Howard, the woman, identified as Martha Irene Van Egmond, died on Saturday at her home located on East Madison Street in Bolton. Howard said it is suspected that she died due to heat exposure, but is waiting on medical records to review.
