WKU soccer secured its first back-to-back shutout in half a decade, defeating Indiana State 1-0. Both teams came out of the gates aggressive, with nine combined fouls in the first 45 minutes. TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State battled through a defensive matchup on Sunday afternoon but came up just short in a 1–0 loss to Western Kentucky at Memorial Stadium. The Sycamores controlled long stretches of possession, generated multiple looks in the attacking third, and held firm defensively for most of the match, but a second-half WKU strike proved to be the difference.
