The president of the Hungarian Football Association and one of the vice-presidents of FIFA, Sandor Csanyi, has withdrawn his support for Gianni Infantino, the president of the world football governing body. In a letter to Infantino, Csanyi said that the dismissal of Kevin Lamour was "the last straw" for him and that he had lost confidence in the Swiss' ability to lead FIFA.
Gianni Infantino continues to face criticism. In a leaked email, one of the organization's vice-chairmen, Sandor Csanyi, writes that the trust has been lost. "It shows serious shortcomings in professional judgment and leadership," it reads.
