In the Rostov region, a regional emergency regime was introduced due to the shutdown of ports and disruption of navigation in the Azov-Black Sea basin due to attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In Rostovsk province, the Russian Federation introduced a regional emergency regime on 28 August at 6 p.m. The reason was the interruption of port operations and the disruption of maritime navigation in the Azovo-Chernmore basin following drone attacks.
