Vijeće ministara Bosne i Hercegovine, na prijedlog Upravnog odbora Uprave za neizravno oporezivanje BiH, donijelo je Odluku o izmjeni i dopunama Odluke o uvjetima i postupku ostvarivanja prava na oslobađanje od plaćanja uvoznih i izvoznih dažbina.Prema usveğenim izmjenama prag za oslobađanje plaćanja dažbina povećava se s 30.000 KM na 45.000 KM i odnosi na putničke automobile koje uvoze invalidne osobe.
