Two CPD officers recommended for firing after allegedly drawing blood from suspect with tongue depressors

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability is recommending that two Woodlawn (3rd) District police officers be fired after finding that they drew blood from an arrest subject while trying to pry open his mouth with a pair of wooden tongue depressors, recently released records show.
