A County Tyrone man is to stand trial in relation to a fatal road traffic collision over four years ago which caused the death of three people. Michael Moore (30) from Tullyneil Road, Sixmilecross is accused of causing the deaths by driving without due care and attention and after consuming excess alcohol.
