A man with over 150 previous convictions was caught driving whilst unfit with a ‘cocktail’ of drugs in his system. Caolan Padraig Shields (37), with an address listed as Garrymore in Craigavon, pleaded guilty to driving whilst unfit; driving whilst disqualified; using a vehicle in a dangerous condition; and absence of insurance.
