SUSA VALLEY – Firecrackers and fireworks, helmets, masks, goggles, dark uniforms, a hose, shears, spray cans, gasoline, and other liquids. These items were reportedly found in the car of three French citizens stopped on the evening of July 23rd along the State Road 24 in the Susa Valley, while they were on their way to the Alta Felicità festival. Numerous SIM cards, separated from their respective cell phones, were also found in the car.
