Representatives of opposition parties brought a motion directly to the Constitutional Court in Brno on Friday before noon to cancel part of the law on budgetary responsibility, which was approved by the Chamber even against the Senate's disapproval and President Petr Paul's veto. According to opposition leaders, the government did not know how to draw up a budget and therefore resorted to legal loopholes.
