The Ministry of Social and Family Affairs has prepared a comprehensive report on the abuses that occurred at the Kossuth Zsuzsa Children's Home in Bicske. The investigation reveals that despite fruitless reports and investigations, the abusers were left without real protection for decades due to the indifference of state agencies, the government writes.
