So far, five people have been questioned as suspects in the so-called gold convoy case, including the director general of the Counter-Terrorism Center and a head of the Constitutional Protection Office, as well as three police officers, the Central Investigative Prosecutor's Office confirmed to MTI on Thursday. The three police officers are suspected of the crime of forgery of a public document by an official.
They did so by making a false report on the measures taken against seven Ukrainian citizens detained in the TEK building, which, if so, constitutes forgery of public documents.

Three police officers are suspected of forgery of public documents by an official in a criminal case launched over the arrest of Ukrainian money transporters in March. The former head of TEK and a head of the Office for the Protection of the Constitution are also suspects in the case.
