Authorities have arrested a suspected fentanyl dealer and identified him as a suspected dealer connected to overdoses involving students at Park View High School, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office says.
Loudoun County agents arrested a man for selling drugs after overdose involving high school students, according to authorities. Isaac Melendez-Carranza, 31, was arrested on Thursday and charged with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance and one for "sale of drugs near certain properties," reported the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
