CHICOPEE — A city man accused of assault to murder and a host of other violent offenses from a drive-by shooting on Southern Avenue in June 2025 will stand before a judge Tuesday to determine the risk he poses to his community. Hector Ivan Gomez, who will turn 40 Tuesday, is being held without the right to bail, court documents show.
