The result of the tender was approved by the Central Bohemian Regional Councilors on Wednesday, and will still be confirmed by the Prague Councilors, Hospodářské noviny reported on its website.
Czech Railways will continue to operate Prague and Central Bohemian suburban trains from 2030. They won the tender for thirty years. Its price exceeds 165 billion. RegioJet, with an eighteen billion crowns higher bid, was unsuccessful.
