Allergy medicine and kratom were found in the blood of the four children killed in a murder-suicide in Mechanicville back in June, sources tell NewsChannel 13’s Mark Mulholland. Investigators said that Sarah Myers and her mother, Amy Steadman, conspired to kill the four children – Harper Harmon, 13; Hudson Harmon, 11; Gavin Harmon, 10; and Gracelynn Harmon, 10. Myers and Steadman then died by suicide.
