DeKALB, Ill.—Nineteen members of the 2026 Northern Illinois University softball program were recognized by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) and Easton for their academic successes during the 2025-26 academic year.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Gannon University softball team continued its strong tradition of academic success as the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced its 2025-26 Easton/NFCA academic honors on Wednesday.

Softball Earns NFCA Academic Honors - Massachusetts Institute of Technology

The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) has announced its Team Academic Awards and Scholar Athletes as MIT was awarded the team academic award with a team GPA of 3.60, and 14 Engineers were named Scholar Athletes.  In Division III, 2,493 student-athletes earned the Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete award. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 for the spring season.
