Sicarios Shoot a Young Mototaxist and Wound a Woman in Ventanilla

Armed subjects shot at a 19-year-old motorcycle taxi driver in Ventanilla district in an attempted homicide that occurred last night in the Pachacutec area. The victim sought refuge in a local business to save her life but in her escape a woman was hit by a stray bullet.
