SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic.- Welcoming the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, a judge imposed three months of pre-trial detention, as a measure of coercion, against a military woman accused of killing her mother-in-law, in an event that occurred in the Las Guanabanas section of Azua province. Mariely Figuereo Ramírez, an Air Force sergeant, is prosecuted for the death of her mother-in-law Rosa Marte.
The Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of Azua imposed three months of pretrial detention, as a coercive measure, on a military officer accused of killing her mother-in-law in an incident that occurred in the Las Guanábanas section of Azua province.
