A man from Rotterdam in the Netherlands died on Saturday while being arrested by the police. The family says they will file a report.
Rotterdam Police Chief Tolga Koklu has responded on social media for the first time to the death of 51-year-old Alfredo. The man died Saturday evening during his arrest on the Vaarnerkamp in Rotterdam, following a check on a stolen fatbike. Koklu understands that the event is causing a great deal of outrage and emotion. "But I want to ask everyone to remain calm, not to speculate, and to await the results of the investigation."
