Rosatom Takes Full Control of Transport Conglomerate Delo Group in $900M Buyout
Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom has completed its acquisition of founder Sergei Shishkarev’s remaining 51% stake in transport conglomerate Delo, both parties announced Wednesday.
Rosatom will create Russia's largest logistics company, which became possible after the state corporation purchased all shares in the group of business companies.
Rosat, which owned 49% of the group of business companies, closed the deal under the Russian roulette mechanism to buy a share (51%) of Sergei Shishkarev's partner.
Rosat's company bought from businessman Sergei Shiskarev his share of 51% of the company group Delo, as reported by the CEO of Rosatoma, Alexei Likhachev, and confirmed by Shiskarev, and their statements are contained in company reports on 7 October.
