- On Wednesday, Mark Cain, 45, appeared at Norwich Magistrates charged with the murder of his wife, Hannah Terry, 45-year-old GP found dead at her home in Dersingham, Norfolk.
- Terry worked at Grimston Medical Centre, providing medical care to the Royal Family at Sandringham Estate, and previously spent nine years at Heacham before running Norfolk Sky Aesthetics.
- During a sleepover for her three sons, Terry suffered a "blunt force injury to the right side of her head," resulting in her death early Sunday.
- Per Norfolk Police, Cain appeared in court following the discovery of the body at Fern Hill; he is remanded in custody to appear at Lynn Crown Court tomorrow.
- The NHS, per the BBC, stated they are "deeply saddened by the tragic death" of the highly respected colleague; King Charles and Queen Camilla were informed of her death.
