According to the Russian head, Russia has only 10 per cent of the previously damaged NHPs left to be repaired.

The level of security of Russian refineries (NPS) is very different now, following the adoption of a decree on the possible transfer of assets to the provisional administration without adequate security of critical infrastructure.
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the repair of the refineries after the USS strikes was almost complete, and the Head of State specified that only 10 per cent of the capacity that had been damaged remained in operation.
