Russian leader Vladimir Putin was spotted with an injection mark on his hand as he addressed schoolchildren and students at the start of the new school year.
Injection to the brush is usually done when the veins in the elbow are "reprocessed", for example because of prolonged I.V. therapy or inflammation after catheterization, the medics explained.
During the address on the occasion of September 1, the camera captured a stain on Putin's left hand. Experts interviewed by The Moscow Times consider it similar to a hematoma after medical intervention.

Footage released by the Kremlin shows a dark spot on Vladimir Putin's left hand, the independent website The Moscow Times noted. Three doctors interviewed by the newspaper assessed that it could be the result of an intravenous injection.
