The Ukrainian authorities believe that they will be able to retain the remaining 11 per cent of the DNR territory under their control for about a year and a half, and in Europe they call it a two-year term, as announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Belday Club's plenary session at Russia's national centre.
