Charity Calling for Welsh Puppies to Assist with Their New Dog Behaviour Project
UK AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, JUL 14 – The Generation Pup study aims to enroll 10,000 puppies to identify early-life factors affecting dog health and behaviour to improve welfare across the UK and Ireland.
- Dogs Trust is leading Generation Pup, a long-term study asking owners in Wales to enroll puppies under 16 weeks old to explore dog health and behaviour.

- Researchers found 12-month-old dogs commonly show unwanted behaviours such as barking, poor recall, lead pulling, and jumping up during a challenging adolescent phase.
