Support for the Hungarian government's Tisza party, led by Prime Minister Péter Magyar, fell by three percentage points in August compared to a July poll. The opposition Fidesz party, led by former Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, improved by one percentage point in the August poll. However, Magyar's party's lead is still significant.
The latest survey by the Publicus Institute shows a decline in the ratings of Peter Magyar and his Tisza party. In just a few weeks, the party has lost three percentage points of support, while Magyar himself has lost five.
