Czech billionaire Daniel Křetínský's CMI France publishing house sells Ici Paris and France Dimanche tabloids to Prisma Media. The latter belongs to the Louis Hachette Group, which is owned by French billionaire Vincent Bolloré. Neither party has disclosed the price of the transaction. It informs the E15 server about this.
