Gibbon Council discusses school bond payoff, water tower, streets
by Doug Hanson With the GFW School Board meeting on the first Monday and the Gibbon City Council on the first Tuesday, it wasn’t until the afternoon of the Council meeting that City Administrator Dana Lietzau received information on a bond payoff. “It sort of put us in a bind,” stated Lietzau to the Council.
