After Russia launched a massive air strike on Ukraine on Wednesday morning and the use of jet drones, a rapid take-off of fighter jets in Poland and the readiness of air defense systems was declared ready, officials said. The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces (DORSZ) said it had used “all available necessary forces and resources” in view of Russia's attacks on Ukraine as a preventive measure to ensure the security of Polish airspace.
