The case of Péter Szijjártó has been transferred from the Metropolitan Investigative Prosecutor's Office to the Budapest Police Headquarters (BRFK) after István Tényi filed a report on suspicion of bribery, Index reports. Given that Péter Szijjártó is no longer a member of parliament, he has no immunity. If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison.
