Air France-KLM and Lufthansa delivered on 29 July the binding proposals for the purchase of a minority position at TAP. Parpública has already completed its analysis of the offers and the Government will now examine the report received
The reports of Parpublica are also sent to the Monitoring Committee led by Daniel Traça. The Monitoring Committee on Privatisation of TAP is an independent body appointed by the Government to objectively, exempt and transparently monitor the process of reprivatisation of up to 49.9% of the company's share capital.
Parpública has already delivered its report on the offers from Air France-KLM and Lufthansa to purchase a 44.9% stake in TAP.
In the race for the privatization of the Portuguese airline are Lufthansa and Air France/KLM that can acquire up to 44.9% of the capital.
