Nearly 200 migrants were rescued off the coast of Crete, while serious incidents broke out at a reception center in northern Greece.
On Friday alone, 131 people were rescued in two operations by ships operated by the European Union's border agency Frontex, ANA said. On Saturday, a passing gas tanker was ordered to rescue 33 migrants from a small boat.
