Oscars add a star-studded new wave of presenters
The 98th Oscars will feature presenters including last year's winning actors and stars from top nominated films, with more names to be announced before the March 15 event.
- On Thursday, executive producers Raj Kapoor and Katy Mullan announced a new batch of presenters including Demi Moore, Javier Bardem, Chris Evans, Chase Infiniti, Maya Rudolph and Kumail Nanjiani.
- The 98th Oscars are set for Sunday, March 15 at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and will be televised live on ABC and streamed on Hulu at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, with Conan O'Brien hosting again.
- Demi Moore returns to present a year after losing a widely tipped best actress race for The Substance, while Chase Infiniti, star of One Battle After Another with 13 nominations, was left off this year's best actress nominees but will present onstage.
- The official live red carpet show will air at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT ahead of the main broadcast, and only two best original song nominees will be performed live at the awards ceremony.
- Sinners leads this year's Oscar nominations with a record 16 nods, while One Battle After Another follows with 13 nominations, spotlighting Chase Infiniti's role.
