The Proyecto contra el Terror Policial organization held this vigil in the place where José Santos Castillo, 43, of Honduran origin, was fatally shot by the police on July 13th, on the 400th block on International Boulevard. Attendees carried candles and banners demanding the California Department of Justice to investigate his death. José’s sister and niece arrived and assured that what they want is justice.
