The City of Belleville has announced that Councillor Sean Kelly has been elected to the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) Small Urban Caucus. Kelly was elected on Tuesday during the AMO Annual Conference in Ottawa, earning one of four positions for elected officials on the caucus. Five candidates were in the running for the four positions.
