The new obligations to inform workers about wages, working hours or the predictability of working times approved on 8 September will begin to be in force on 5 October. As stated in the royal decree published on Tuesday in the Official Gazette of the State (BOE) and transposing the European directive on transparent and predictable working conditions, the rule will enter into force twenty days after its publication.
