Fire department seeks funding for firefighter safety equipment
TEESWATER – South Bruce Fire Rescue is applying for about $32,000 in provincial funding to purchase personal protective equipment for firefighters as the department continues updating safety practices and reviewing its operations.
The Municipal Service of Firefighters and Civil Protection of Cuenca has renewed its equipment with 65 new complete personal protection equipment, in an investment close to 400,000 euros funded by the City Council.
